What you will do

• Serve as the designated Money Laundering Reporting Officer (SMF17) for the UK entity.
• Provide second-line oversight of the UK financial crimes compliance program, including AML, sanctions, and suspicious activity governance.
• Lead the development and execution of the Financial Crime Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP) and Business-wide compliance risk assessment (BWRA).
• Manage suspicious activity escalation, internal referrals, and reporting governance.
• Prepare annual MLRO reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and UK regulators for examinations and bank partner reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Extensive knowledge of FCA and other UK servicing regulations.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing effective compliance programs.
• Exceptional analytical skills and deep expertise in AML and financial crime.
