What you will do

• Act as the authoritative point of contact for regulatory bodies including Ofqual and CCEA Regulation.
• Oversee the compliance framework to ensure appropriate arrangements are in place to manage regulatory risks.
• Provide support and guidance on regulatory obligations and disseminate regulator communications to operational managers.
• Collate, authorise, and submit official regulatory responses.
• Collaborate with the AQA Group Regulatory Team to share information on regulatory matters.
• Check and challenge Executive and Leadership Team members on compliance and quality issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar regulatory or compliance role.
• Must be based in or be able to commute to Sale, Manchester for hybrid work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence and authority to act as a decisive spokesperson for the organisation.
