Salary: £47,389 – £56,535

What you will do
- Provide expert advice and guidance on partnership assessment, quality, and compliance matters.
- Lead the development and adaptation of partnership policies to ensure alignment with UK law and HE regulatory bodies.
- Manage the approval and reapproval processes for new and existing collaborative partnerships.
- Coordinate university-level oversight, monitoring reportable events, and maintaining the University Register of Collaborative Provision.
- Directly line manage Quality and Compliance Managers and represent the university at external events and conferences.
- Prepare University reports on partner compliance and business proposals for stakeholders.
Requirements
- First degree, equivalent higher education qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
- Detailed understanding of university compliance, UK law, and Higher Education regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in decision-making within complex environments and managing due diligence processes to minimize risk.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across institutional boundaries.
- Expertise in report writing and servicing committees.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes, including potential long-haul trips.
Nice to have
- Experience within a Higher Education setting (national or international).
- General understanding of ’s administrative processes.
- Project Management experience.
- Familiarity with the University’s strategic context and current plan.
