Compliance & Investigations Principal (Legal): Managing end-to-end compliance pillars including ethics policies, whistleblower investigations, and anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) with an accent on regulatory compliance and ethical culture. Focus on conducting high-quality fraud investigations, implementing ABC programs aligned with UK Bribery Act and US FCPA, and overseeing fraud compliance frameworks.

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in office, 2 days WFH). Must be based in London, UK

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end investigation activities, including triage, prioritization, and escalation to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Develop and maintain a robust case management system for reporting and tracking investigation matters.
• Oversee Ethics & Policy Governance, including the Code of Conduct, employee onboarding, and periodic policy updates.
• Implement and manage a comprehensive Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) program aligned with UK Bribery Act and US FCPA.
• Conduct periodic ABC risk assessments and manage due diligence for third-party intermediaries and agents.
• Lead the implementation of the Fraud compliance framework to ensure adherence to Failure to Prevent Fraud (FTPF) requirements in the UK.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Extensive experience in fraud investigations, forensics, and compliance areas such as ABC and Fraud Risk Management.
• Strong analytical and interviewing skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for synthesizing complex data objectively.
• Experience designing and implementing ethics and compliance programs across multiple domains.
• Location: Hybrid presence in the London office is required.
