What you will do

• Source passive and active candidates through networking, complex internet searches, and cold calling.
• Recruit for specialized technical roles such as Network Architects, Storage Administrators, and Cloud/Automation Engineers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and implement new avenues for attracting top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate review sessions.
• Maintain the internal research database and ensure compliance within the applicant tracking system.
• Perform reference checks and maintain up-to-date competitive market intelligence.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in technical recruitment within professional services or search firms.
• Proven track record recruiting for Hardware/Software roles (Developers, Infrastructure Architects, Pre-Sales).
• Strong command of Boolean search, natural language search, and social media sourcing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priority search requests under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Experience using Lever ATS.
