What you will do

• Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid search strategies to drive direct response and user acquisition.
• Manage and optimize accounts across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Criteo.
• Execute diverse campaign types including Search, Shopping, Display, Remarketing, App Install, and Video.
• Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and establish bidding strategies to meet KPIs.
• Create A/B test experiments and use Google Analytics to develop performance insights.
• Collaborate with client teams to align campaign performance with business objectives and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 1.5–3 years of experience managing paid search campaigns for multiple client portfolios within an advertising agency.
• Deep knowledge of the SEM industry and paid search advertising models.
• Proficiency with keyword research tools and web analytics (Google Analytics).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPS.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
