What you will do
- Strategize, create, and report on digital campaigns across email, display, search, and organic channels.
- Build robust campaign workflows and automations to enable high-level personalization and insights.
- Manage the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring strict data hygiene and seamless lead-to-account mapping.
- Research and implement data orchestration tools (e.g., Clay, Zapier) to enrich and automate marketing and sales data.
- Build and own dashboards tracking core metrics including Pipeline, influence, impact, and ROI.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper for the marketing budget and manage the annual planning process.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Growth Marketing within B2B SaaS.
- Deep administrator expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce, specifically custom object mapping and workflow builders.
- Proven experience building automated data tables and managing API connections using Clay or Zapier.
- Ability to translate complex technical data insights into clear, structured narratives for executives.
- Must be based in the US (Boston).
