Location: US - Boston (Flexible remote and hybrid working options)

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 USD (base)

What you will do

  • Strategize, create, and report on digital campaigns across email, display, search, and organic channels.
  • Build robust campaign workflows and automations to enable high-level personalization and insights.
  • Manage the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring strict data hygiene and seamless lead-to-account mapping.
  • Research and implement data orchestration tools (e.g., Clay, Zapier) to enrich and automate marketing and sales data.
  • Build and own dashboards tracking core metrics including Pipeline, influence, impact, and ROI.
  • Act as the primary gatekeeper for the marketing budget and manage the annual planning process.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Growth Marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Deep administrator expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce, specifically custom object mapping and workflow builders.
  • Proven experience building automated data tables and managing API connections using Clay or Zapier.
  • Ability to translate complex technical data insights into clear, structured narratives for executives.
  • Must be based in the US (Boston).
