What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of customer, supplier, and partner contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, Teaming, Licensing, Supply, and Services Agreements.
• Analyze RFQs, RFPs, and customer requirements to identify commercial obligations and risks.
• Lead negotiations with external stakeholders to secure favorable contractual outcomes.
• Evaluate and manage amendments, change requests, variation orders, and claims.
• Mentor contract team members and contribute to the development of internal management policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Contract Management, Business Administration, or Law (LLB).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management within public or private sectors.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation, administration, and risk management.
• Authorized to work in the United Arab Emirates

Nice to have

• Master’s degree (MBA, Law, or related discipline).
• Industry experience in Defence, Aerospace, or Oil & Gas.
• Knowledge of international commercial law and trade regulations.
