Salary: $117,500 - $307,500

What you will do

• Lead cradle-to-grave contract management for a complex portfolio or full Business Area.
• Manage and coach a team of Contract Representatives to advance corporate goals and develop talent.
• Identify industry and customer trends to mitigate risks in contract terms and negotiation strategies.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and Business Area leaders to solve complex contractual problems.
• Foster a culture of compliance regarding regulatory standards, corporate policies, and functional procedures.

Requirements

• 7+ years of in-depth contract management experience in national security, aerospace, or defense contracting.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
• Current Secret security clearance is required; must be able to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS, regulatory compliance, and government acquisition frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
