What you will do

• Serve as the primary Contracts Lead for the F-35 Sustainment Business Unit.
• Direct contract negotiations with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team responsible for contract administration and compliance.
• Partner with Program and Finance leadership to align contractual strategy with business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on contract interpretation, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate contractual status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen to obtain a Secret Security clearance.
• Significant experience with USG contracting, including FAR and DFARS regulations.
• Extensive background in proposal and capture management.
• Proven experience with OEM product sustainment contracting during production and development.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance.
