What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of customer, supplier, and partner contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, licensing, and service contracts.
• Analyze RFQs and RFPs to identify commercial obligations and potential risks.
• Lead negotiations with external stakeholders to secure favorable commercial outcomes.
• Manage contract amendments, change requests, and claims while evaluating cost and schedule impacts.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the development of contract management policies and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Contract Management, Business Administration, or Law.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management within public or private sectors.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation, administration, and risk management.
• Ability to balance commercial objectives with compliance and risk mitigation.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree (MBA, Law, or Contract Management).
• Experience within Defence, Aerospace, or Oil & Gas industries.
• Knowledge of international commercial law and trade regulations.
