Legal Compliance Manager (Aerospace)

TL;DR

Legal Compliance Manager (Legal/Compliance): Leading the development and management of global compliance initiatives with an accent on third-party risk, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption. Focus on designing enterprise-wide risk mitigation workflows, implementing compliance technology, and conducting high-risk third-party audits.

Location: Fully Remote or Hybrid (Tewkesbury, GBR). BPSS security clearance is required.

What you will do

• Lead the design, planning, and implementation of enterprise-wide compliance initiatives.
• Develop and maintain compliance processes, procedures, and risk mitigation workflows.
• Oversee vendor selection and the implementation of compliance technology.
• Manage gifts, hospitality controls, and conflicts-of-interest disclosures.
• Design and deliver global compliance training programs.
• Conduct audits of high-risk third parties and define performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 7–8+ years of experience in a compliance or legal role.
• Experience implementing global compliance programs and knowledge of anti-bribery/anti-corruption regulations.
• Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures and time zones.
