What you will do

  • Own the D2C revenue growth plan for EMEA and translate targets into market-level trading actions and performance outcomes.
  • Define and execute market-specific go-to-market and go-to-channel strategies aligned to local opportunities and channel priorities.
  • Drive commercial performance across traffic, conversion rate, average order value, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime value.
  • Lead regional trading, promotional, pricing, and merchandising plans to maximize sales, margin, and customer relevance.
  • Partner with CRM and marketing teams to improve acquisition, retention, lifecycle programs, and personalized customer journeys.
  • Build and monitor performance dashboards, analyze customer/trading data, and run commercial tests for measurable revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or D2C environments with proven ownership of revenue growth initiatives.
  • Proven experience driving online sales growth across multiple markets through trading, conversion optimization, CRM, merchandising, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong understanding of D2C growth mechanics: acquisition, conversion, retention, pricing, promotions, onsite experience, and customer analytics.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret performance data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into commercial actions.
  • Business-fluent German and English; fluent English required.
  • Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations with multiple senior stakeholders.
