What you will do

  • Lead demand generation programs across EMEA to build awareness and engage target accounts.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, including in-person and virtual events, webinars, and digital campaigns.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to translate regional insights into effective pipeline-driving strategies.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget and prioritize investments based on measurable impact.
  • Analyze program performance and report on key metrics to continuously optimize results.
  • Develop approaches to engage diverse audiences, ranging from technical end-users to executive decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Munich, Germany or Bracknell, United Kingdom.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, demand generation, or marketing communications.
  • Proven ability to lead people, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to generate pipeline or revenue impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring performance and optimizing programs.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in an evolving environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to technical and executive audiences in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and lead management tools.
