What you will do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by assessing the market and building rapport with stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Acquire new national Key Account partners by calling/visiting prospects and guiding them through the sign-up process.
- Develop tailored account strategies and execution plans aligned to each partner’s structure, priorities, and opportunities.
- Create and deliver insight-led pitches that communicate both commercial value and sustainability impact.
- Onboard partner store managers and staff, training them on systems and products via phone/video or formal training assets.
- Manage pipeline and provide post-sales support so new active stores fully adopt the app and complete the partner onboarding process.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and comfort approaching people via email, phone, and face-to-face.
- Proven sales experience with the ability to build connections, create rapport, nurture relationships, and win business across stakeholders.
- Commercial understanding of the Australian hospitality and retail/grocery sector.
- Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Resilience to work toward ambitious team targets and KPIs.
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently and efficiently.
Nice to have
- Experience in or with hospitality, supermarket/grocery, or food supply chain manufacturers.
- Some data analysis and Google Workspace knowledge to create performance reports and projections.
