TL;DR

Senior Territory Account Manager (AV): Driving business growth for IP networking and wireless products across the AUNZ region with an accent on channel partner development and strategic account management. Focus on building relationships with AV integrators, consultants, and distributors to exceed sales targets in commercial, live event, and broadcast sectors.

Location: Must be based in Australia or New Zealand with 50% travel required across the region.

What you will do

  • Proactively build and manage top-tier commercial AV business partners and distributors across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Identify and recruit new strategic channel partners to generate recurring business and expand market share.
  • Create and execute business plans, negotiate agreements, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product Management, and Tech Support to optimize sales results.
  • Deliver regular training to partners on the AV switch and access point product lines.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to help improve business strategy in the AUNZ landscape.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in the AV industry managing and growing top-tier accounts.
  • Extensive address book of AUNZ AV industry contacts with established CEO/CTO-level relationships.
  • Proven track record of leading and closing high-value sales campaigns in the AUNZ market.
  • Deep understanding of channel dynamics, AV over IP, and networking hardware.
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently while collaborating with the broader APAC team.
  • Must be based in Australia or New Zealand with the ability to travel 50% of the time.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
