TL;DR

Virtual Events Manager (SaaS): Building and owning hirify.global’s global webinar and virtual events program from the ground up with an accent on strategy, scalability, and pipeline generation. Focus on designing a tiered event model, optimizing the attendee experience, and integrating event data into CRM for revenue tracking.

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Delft, Kaiserslautern, London, Manchester)

Salary: 4250 - 5000 EUR

What you will do

  • Define the strategy, cadence, and formats for the global webinar and virtual events program.
  • Design a tiered event model including thought leadership webinars, product demos, and customer spotlights.
  • Own the full event lifecycle: concept, promotion, production, follow-up, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Commercial teams to align events with campaign priorities and pipeline goals.
  • Establish KPIs and a reporting framework to track pipeline contribution, influenced revenue, and attendee engagement.
  • Build and manage a content library of on-demand recordings to be repurposed across marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building or scaling a B2B webinar or virtual events program in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events in parallel across different markets.
  • Hands-on experience with webinar and virtual event platforms, specifically ON24.
  • Proficiency in marketing data analysis to set up reporting and interpret results for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ITSM, enterprise software, or a technical B2B audience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot for campaign tracking and pipeline reporting.
  • Experience managing external agencies or production vendors.
  • Multi-region or global marketing experience.
