What you will do
- Build and run the account-based marketing function including target list management and content sequencing.
- Plan and manage paid LinkedIn campaigns calibrated to high-touch engagement for named accounts.
- Configure HubSpot for account-level tracking, lifecycle stages, and attribution.
- Define and own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline metrics.
- Partner with sales on lead hand-off, account prioritization, and weekly pipeline reviews.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in ABM, revenue marketing, or demand generation at B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven track record of running ABM programs with multi-channel orchestration and structured sales hand-off.
- Hands-on expertise in configuring HubSpot for tracking and nurture flows.
- Significant experience with paid LinkedIn campaigns optimized for account-level intent.
- Ability to define and report pipeline metrics for high-touch outcomes.
- Must be based in the Netherlands and able to work from the Amsterdam office at least 50% of the time.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, or AI sectors.
- Working knowledge of Dutch or German.
