What you will do

• Plan and execute field marketing programs across Europe, including trade shows, customer events, and roadshows.
• Manage end-to-end regional webinars and digital events, from topic development to speaker coordination and follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with the European sales team to support account-level marketing and accelerate deal closure.
• Localize and adapt global campaigns and messaging for European markets using AI tools.
• Build and manage regional email campaigns, landing pages, and nurture programs.
• Track and report on campaign performance, event ROI, and pipeline contribution to drive investment.

Requirements

• Proven B2B field marketing experience within European markets.
• Fluency in English plus at least one additional major European language (e.g., German or French).
• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate content creation, translation, and campaign analysis.
• Experience managing end-to-end campaign execution including digital programs and events.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe to support field marketing activities.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
