What you will do

- Utilize Square Takeoff, Excel, and Buildertrend to document and manage estimates.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to clarify details and ensure high accuracy.
- Deliver organized, professional, and timely outputs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in estimating and takeoffs within construction or design fields.
- Strong ability to read and interpret floor plans.
- Proficiency in Square Takeoff, Excel, and Buildertrend.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated work-from-home setup.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
