What you will do

• Lead multiple large-scale electrical VDC projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding constructability, scope optimization, and digital delivery.
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing distributed teams of VDC managers and engineers.
• Manage financial performance, including forecasting, invoicing, and margin predictability.
• Integrate AI and automation tools to improve modeling accuracy and clash detection.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to define technical strategy and project proposals.

Requirements
