TL;DR
Civil Design Engineer (Revit) (Structural Engineering): Developing detailed structural steel and concrete models, construction drawings, and site masterplans for Australian Non-Process Infrastructure facilities with an accent on Revit-based design translation, AutoCAD drafting, and Navisworks coordination. Focus on detecting clashes, checking compliance with Australian Standards, and producing accurate engineering documentation.
Location: Remote from Indonesia: Jakarta, Surabaya, or Bandung

What you will do
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D structural steel and concrete models for Non-Process Infrastructure facilities using Revit.
- Translate engineering hand drawings, Bluebeam markups, and design notes into 3D models and 2D construction drawings.
- Federate vendor models in Navisworks, perform clash detection, and isolate structural or equipment packages.
- Produce and edit 2D engineering process drawings, layout drawings, and full site masterplans using AutoCAD.
- Perform engineering calculations, organise project data, and prepare reports and tender documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Maintain accurate records in the document control system and conduct model and drawing quality checks.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Engineering Drafting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in drafting or engineering, preferably in mining, heavy industry, or Non-Process Infrastructure.
- Advanced AutoCAD and Revit skills for structural steel and concrete modelling.
- Practical Navisworks experience with model viewing, federation, and clash detection.
- Strong technical writing skills and advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills; remote work from Indonesia in Jakarta, Surabaya, or Bandung.
Nice to have
- Experience with Australian Western Australia mining standards or Non-Process Infrastructure.
- Experience designing modular and scalable infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
