What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex electrical BIM/VDC projects.
• Manage and mentor a team of VDC engineers and detailers.
• Drive BIM adoption throughout all project phases, from schematic design to construction.
• Coordinate BIM updates, perform clash detection, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to bridge communication gaps and ensure digital coordination supports installation success.
• Develop and lead internal training sessions on electrical coordination best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a similar discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in BIM and VDC implementation, training, and support.
• 3+ years of experience working for an electrical trade contractor.
• Experience managing detailers and/or VDC Engineers.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Must have Polish work authorization.

Nice to have

• Field construction experience.
• Knowledge of project administration including invoicing, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Familiarity with other building systems (foundations, fire protection, etc.).
• Proven track record of managing remote teams.
• A portfolio of previous work.
