What you will do

• Design domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, natural gas, and medical gas systems.
• Produce detailed plumbing design drawings using Revit software.
• Conduct field investigations to assess existing conditions and gather project data.
• Ensure quality control, scheduling, and delivery of plumbing design documents.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams.
• Perform pipe sizing, pressure loss calculations, and equipment selection.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in plumbing design and construction.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Solid understanding of plumbing systems layout, fixture selection, and equipment specifications.
• Familiarity with applicable plumbing codes (IPC, UPC) and water/energy efficiency standards.
• Experience working on healthcare, education, hospitality, or commercial projects.
