Field Supervisor (Energy Efficiency)

Location: Must be located within Central/North New Jersey

Salary: $86,700 - $130,100

What you will do

• Oversee the daily operation of teams conducting residential energy audits and installing energy-efficient equipment.
• Review inspection results and contractor interactions to ensure adherence to program requirements and compliance.
• Troubleshoot escalated technical problems and issues according to client specifications.
• Act as the local on-site company representative to customers and contractors to encourage program participation.
• Travel throughout the defined territory using a company-provided vehicle.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant industry experience in auditing, home inspections, or home equipment installation.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a field service setting.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship or support for immigration status.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
