What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial sourcing to final onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and craft job descriptions.
• Source top-tier candidates through diverse channels including referrals and platforms.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics to leadership.
• Develop and maintain scalable recruiting programs and pipelines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of in-house recruiting experience at a high-growth tech startup.
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring for Business/GTM roles.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to candidate experience.
• Must be able to work from the San Francisco office 3 days per week.
