TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal (office attendance 2-3 times per week required)

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes specifically for Sales and Key Accounts.
  • Proactively source and screen candidates for hard/soft skills and mission alignment.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to provide guidance on recruitment processes and decision-making.
  • Develop creative job adverts for social media, job boards, and other channels.
  • Maintain active referral pipelines and deliver analytical reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure high hiring speed without compromising employer brand or candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment processes within Sales.
  • Hands-on expertise in direct sourcing and creative candidate attraction.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, German, and either French or Spanish.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon, Portugal.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data-driven KPI environments.
  • Experience recruiting roles in Germany, France, or Spain.
