What you will do

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle for junior and trainee roles, from posting to hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior TA managers to define recruitment needs.
• Build and maintain a robust database of potential candidates for future openings.
• Partner with the team to optimize and streamline internal recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Prior experience (1 year) as a Recruiter, preferably within a digital agency.
• English: B2 level or higher required.
• Must be based in EMEA (selected countries).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR systems and Applicant Tracking Software (ATS).
