What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to develop and execute sharp hiring strategies.
• Deliver a high-quality and thoughtful candidate experience from initial outreach to the offer stage.
• Build and iterate on the company's talent brand and overall attraction strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a recruiter role, ideally within early-stage tech startups.
• Proven track record of recruiting for both technical and non-technical functions.
• Experience with highly technical AI roles, such as model efficiency, distributed systems, and post-training.
• Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and Ashby.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, New York, or Canada.
