What you will do
- Manage US site performance focusing on revenue, conversion rate, and AOV.
- Own the end-to-end US trade calendar, including product launches and promotions.
- Develop and execute trading tactics in collaboration with the Ecommerce Director and design teams.
- Optimize the on-site conversion path and resolve friction points using data from Analytics.
- Implement and run a weekly trading cadence to close gaps to the plan.
- Forecast US trading and report on key growth drivers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce trading at scale (DTC or consumer tech).
- Essential hands-on experience in the US ecommerce market.
- Proficiency in data analysis, including building reports and funnel analysis.
- Commercial fluency in metrics like revenue, CR, AOV, and contribution margin.
- Experience building operational playbooks in high-growth environments.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and GA4.
