Location: Manchester, UK (Hybrid - 15 WFH days per year)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations, including trading activity, product launches, and promotions.
• Monitor and analyze website performance, search, conversion, and customer journey data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy of website content, product information, merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborate with marketing, buying, customer service, and digital development teams to support ecommerce activity.
• Optimize site merchandising, product ranking, onsite search, and category navigation.
• Produce regular performance updates and recommend data-led actions to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in ecommerce trading, merchandising, or a digital role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret ecommerce data and suggest solutions.
• High attention to detail when managing website content and pricing.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with ecommerce platforms and reporting dashboards.
• Must be based in or be able to commute to Manchester, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience using Shopify and Bloomreach Discovery.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar ecommerce analytics platforms.
• Background in retail, beauty, fashion, or consumer goods ecommerce.
