What you will do

• Define and lead the DTC affiliate and performance PR strategy as a core service offering across the organization.
• Build a unified framework connecting DTC, Amazon, and retail affiliate efforts into a cohesive, full-funnel strategy.
• Design and implement campaigns that drive traffic and conversion across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
• Lead the development of performance-driven PR strategies blending publisher partnerships and affiliate monetization.
• Act as a senior strategic advisor to clients, helping them invest in integrated affiliate and performance PR strategies.
• Mentor a growing team and establish standards of excellence for the affiliate capability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing with a focus on strategy.
• Proven experience scaling DTC affiliate programs and working knowledge of Amazon and retail affiliate ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of creator commerce and affiliate platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, or Levanta.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple channels or business units.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in attribution, incrementality, and performance measurement.
• Entrepreneurial builder mentality with excellent storytelling and stakeholder influence skills.
