What you will do

• Lead the trading performance of international eCommerce websites, primarily focusing on the US and Spanish markets.
• Develop and execute market-specific trading plans, campaigns, and product launches.
• Optimize customer journeys, on-site merchandising, and conversion performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, creative, and operations teams to maximize commercial results.
• Analyze trading data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong eCommerce trading experience with a heavy focus on commercial performance over content.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to drive performance through data.
• Proven experience working within international markets.
• Solid understanding of overarching eCommerce strategy.
• Background in premium DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
