What you will do

• Perform comprehensive keyword research and implement on-site SEO tags and copy optimization.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to grow site authority and keyword rankings.
• Collaborate with paid media teams to create blended strategies aligned with client KPIs.
• Lead multiple client accounts, managing strategy, reporting, and communication in meetings.
• Establish and optimize internal company processes to improve cross-departmental workflows.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work from San Diego, CA for hybrid office attendance.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in day-to-day management of SEO accounts.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and ScreamingFrog.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, SUMIFS).
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or Magento.
• Proven background in e-commerce and direct response marketing.
