Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Gilching, Germany (Hybrid role with one day remote per week).

What you will do

• Manage operational procurement of materials, components, and services.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective material availability for serial production.
• Maintain master data and process supplier order confirmations and claims.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent supply shortages.
• Collaborate with production planning, logistics, and quality teams.
• Evaluate supplier performance and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent in German is required.
• Degree or vocational training in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, or material planning.
• Strong interest in technical products and manufacturing environments.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
