What you will do
- Manage operational procurement of materials, components, and services for serial production.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant purchasing and secure material availability.
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Fulfillment, Product Management, Logistics, and Quality stakeholders.
- Maintain master data and process order confirmations, supplier confirmations, and claims.
- Monitor inventory levels and take action to prevent supply shortages.
- Build supplier relationships, support performance evaluations, and optimize procurement processes.
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, material planning, or a comparable role.
- Strong interest in technical products and manufacturing environments.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with strong ownership and initiative.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent German is required.
