Company

hirify.global develops, designs, and produces small unmanned aerial systems, including electric vertical take-off and landing platforms with edge computing and real-time AI-powered data processing for defence, security, and public-sector customers.

What you will do

• Own sourcing strategies for software, AI, cloud, and digital technologies supporting products, platforms, and customer-facing capabilities across the product lifecycle.
• Develop category strategies aligned with the technology roadmap, business objectives, and growth plans.
• Build and manage a strategic technology partner and supplier ecosystem.
• Drive make-or-buy decisions, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage supplier performance, commercial escalations, cost efficiency, scalability, resilience, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, IT, Cybersecurity, and Legal while ensuring procurement governance and compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management for software, digital technologies, engineering software, or technology services.
• Experience negotiating complex software, cloud, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, or on-premises technology contracts.
• 3–7 years of experience in software and IT procurement.
• Degree in IT, software, computer science, digital technologies, business, or a comparable field.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and engineering trade-offs, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent English is required; German is a plus.
