Product Manager Adsorbents

Location: Primarily based at hirify.global's site in Tarragona, Spain; flexible hybrid work model with office and home-office days. Customer and stakeholder travel is required as needed.

Total target cash: €59,250–€79,000, including base salary and annual bonus.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end adsorbents product portfolio and product lifecycle.
• Define pricing guidelines and ensure compliance across sales channels.
• Approve formulations, product and raw material specifications, and packaging standards.
• Lead portfolio pruning, cost optimization, innovation, and product improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate regulatory documentation and ensure full product compliance.
• Resolve customer complaints and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Sales, Marketing, and R&D on product strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a closely related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in product management, technical marketing, or a related specialty chemicals role.
• Strong technical understanding of adsorbents, additives, or related chemical products.
• Fluent English is required. German language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships and solve problems in a structured way.
• Customer-centric mindset, accountability, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with adsorbents, additives, or related chemical products.
• German language skills.
