Director, Product Management, Provider Experience (AI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work from the Poblenou office is required on Mondays and Thursdays. Candidates must be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.

Salary: €122,228–€148,155 first-year salary in the greater Barcelona area.

What you will do

• Own the multi-year provider product vision, strategy, roadmap, and product-side OKRs.
• Lead four product teams serving care providers and improve their marketplace experience across the provider journey.
• Drive experiment-led launches and remain accountable for supply-side revenue, provider retention, and new-customer booking growth.
• Represent provider needs through customer research, feedback, and marketplace data.
• Embed AI into product features such as assisted tooling, intelligent messaging, personalization, and education.
• Hire, coach, and develop product managers while aligning Engineering, Data Science, Design, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Trust & Safety.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including marketplace, platform, or two-sided business experience.
• 5+ years of people management or product leadership experience.
• Experience with marketplace monetization, including pricing, fees, take-rate models, experimentation, and measurable P&L impact.
• Experience building retention, engagement, and loyalty strategies for professional user segments.
• Experience partnering with Data Science and Engineering on shared roadmaps, metrics, A/B testing, holdouts, and long-horizon measurement.
• English at C2 level is required; the role involves collaboration across Europe and US Pacific time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with supply-side online marketplaces such as gig economy, services, accommodation, mobility, or creator platforms.
• Experience with marketplace integrity, disintermediation, off-platform leakage, and incentive design.
• Experience building tooling or business-management products for independent entrepreneurs.
• Experience leading both 0-to-1 products and scaled product lines, including presentations to C-level and Board audiences.
• Master’s degree.
