Product Consultant (AI)

Location: Madrid or Barcelona, Spain; hybrid workplace with fully remote work available as an option.

What you will do

• Own and deliver full work packages from framing through client-ready outputs.
• Develop business cases, product strategies, roadmaps, value propositions, and service models.
• Translate client needs into product concepts and AI use cases, structuring discovery and validation activities.
• Facilitate client workshops, working sessions, and discovery activities while managing stakeholder relationships.
• Create evidence-based recommendations, presentations, and strategic deliverables for executive decision-making.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary business, technology, product, data, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, venture building, digital strategy, product management, or a related field focused on AI, product, data, or design.
• Proven product management experience from ideation through implementation.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, cloud solutions, and data strategy.
• Experience designing and delivering AI-powered products and data-driven strategies.
• Experience with UX/UI and hands-on prototyping; ability to create business cases, pitches, and workshops.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
