Account Executive (PMS): Develop and grow RentalReady's commercial presence in Spain by managing the full sales cycle, building local partnerships, and handling selected English-speaking inbound opportunities. With an accent on Spanish market development and international inbound sales, focus on closing mid-market B2B SaaS deals and representing the company in the short-term rental ecosystem.

Location: Hybrid work based in Spain, primarily Barcelona

Salary: €38,000–€45,000 base with uncapped commission and clear OTE

What you will do

  • Develop the Spanish market by building pipeline, local partnerships, and representing RentalReady at industry events.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing, including tailored product demos and negotiation.
  • Handle selected English-speaking inbound opportunities across international markets.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting using HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Product, and Marketing teams to improve sales processes and product positioning.

Requirements

  • Native Spanish speaker with fluent or near-native English (C1) for demos and negotiations.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably with mid-market or complex deals.
  • Knowledge or experience in short-term rental, property management, travel tech, hospitality tech, or PropTech preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both online and in person.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and motivated by ownership and results.
  • Willingness to travel for client and partner meetings and industry events.
