Location: Hybrid (Cologne or Berlin, Germany). Requires 2 office days per week.

What you will do
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and outreach to closing deals.
- Lead discovery calls to understand customer business goals and identify specific challenges.
- Develop tailored SaaS solutions that create measurable business impact and support sustainable growth.
- Manage commercial proposals, follow-ups, and negotiations with key decision-makers.
- Maintain an accurate and transparent sales pipeline and forecasts within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with international Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize sales processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in prospecting and consultative selling of technology solutions.
- Expertise in modern sales methodologies, including structured discovery and objection handling.
- Fluent German (spoken and written) for communication across the DACH market.
- Professional proficiency in English for collaboration in an international environment.
- Must be based in or able to work from Cologne or Berlin to support the hybrid office model.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently within a team structure.
