TL;DR

Enterprise Sales Executive (SaaS): Acquiring and growing Enterprise accounts across Travel and Spend management tools with an accent on complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles and ROI quantification. Focus on leading end-to-end sales processes, navigating legal/security due diligence, and orchestrating cross-functional activations.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (3 days per week in-office). Relocation support is available.

What you will do

  • Build and manage a high-quality Enterprise pipeline through targeted outbound and executive-level inbound qualification.
  • Lead deep discovery across Travel and Spend pillars to quantify pain, value, and ROI.
  • Orchestrate complex evaluations with multiple stakeholders, setting clear timelines and success criteria.
  • Navigate procurement, legal, and security due diligence to structure commercial terms and pricing.
  • Partner with SDRs, Implementation Specialists, and Account Managers to ensure effective account activation.
  • Capture field insights to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Strong experience closing complex B2B SaaS deals with multi-threaded Enterprise cycles in the DACH market.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment in new business and executive-level negotiation.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional work with Legal, Security, RevOps, and Implementation teams.
  • Experience selling Spend management and Travel solutions into Finance, Procurement, and IT.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English and German.
  • Must be based within commuting distance of Berlin or be able to relocate.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with DACH regional ERP/HRIS ecosystems, tax, and invoicing nuances.
  • Ability to operate in additional regional languages.
