What you will do

• Perform regular data pulls and compilation for operational reporting and analysis.
• Validate inbound delivery photos to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Support reporting and presentations through POFP/POFD validation.
• Address seller concerns via group chats and emails for TikTok and FS shippers.
• Monitor pickups and escalate issues to the ASN team.

Requirements

• Currently a college student (final year) or a recent graduate.
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive organization skills.
• Comfortable handling large datasets and reports.
