Location: Remote (The Philippines). Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (US Timings)

Salary: Starting at $630 per month ($550 base + $80 night shift allowance)

New York-based custom-apparel company helping college and corporate clients source and print customized products.

What you will do

• Generate apparel and promotional product quotes using the internal V4 Quoter tool.
• Validate mandatory inputs including quantity, artwork, garments, and print methods while checking inventory availability.
• Evaluate and validate production timelines based on print methods and shipping requirements to identify operational risks.
• Coordinate with printers and suppliers for rush order feasibility and production confirmations.
• Manage Freshdesk tickets from assignment to resolution while maintaining defined SLA and quality standards.
• Contribute to SOP improvements and documentation in HelpJuice.

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Sales Operations, or Logistics.
• Experience with quotations and pricing (highly prioritized).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Experience working with ticketing systems or CRMs.
• Strong analytical reasoning, numerical aptitude, and high attention to detail.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
