What you will do

• Lead end-to-end global sales order fulfillment across 23 international locations.
• Manage the complete Proof of Concept (POC) lifecycle and global RMA reverse logistics.
• Oversee 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and trade compliance including IOR/EOR.
• Drive digital transformation by automating logistics processes in NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Collaborate on demand forecasting, inventory planning, and IT hardware procurement.
• Build BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into supply chain performance and risk.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Proven experience managing Sales Orders, POC logistics, and RMA processes.
• Strong expertise in 3PL management, global freight, and trade compliance.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated ability to lead digital transformation initiatives in supply chain.
• Experience working in or with the APAC region, ideally Singapore.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ERP/WMS/TMS implementations and API/EDI integrations.
• Hands-on use of AI/ML tools for demand forecasting or inventory optimization.
• APICS/ASCM certification.
