What you will do

• Coordinate the collection and return of used hirify.global devices for refurbishment and reuse.
• Identify and catalog locations with used devices to create actionable return leads.
• Collaborate with the account management team to onboard customers to the returns program.
• Improve internal data to track and demonstrate return program success.
• Develop and implement creahirify.global ideas to increase efficiency in a rapidly growing department.
• Maintain strong relationships with a global team across different time zones.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency.
• Technical or university degree (or equivalent professional experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics combined with Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales Development.
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Naucalpan de Juárez, Mexico.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Patience, empathy, and persistence in customer-facing interactions.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, and other ERP tools.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
