TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (office attendance required 2-3 times per week)

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for Sales and Key Accounts roles.
- Proactively source and screen candidates for skill, value, and mission alignment.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to optimize recruitment decisions and create engaging job adverts.
- Develop and maintain an active pipeline of internal and external referrals.
- Generate analytical reports on recruitment KPIs for internal stakeholders and Business Partners.
- Execute high-speed hiring while protecting the employer brand and candidate experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment processes, specifically within Sales.
- Strong hands-on experience with direct sourcing and creative candidate outreach.
- Full professional proficiency in English, German, and either French or Spanish.
- Ability to work from the London office 2-3 times per week.
- Experience recruiting within the German, French, or Spanish markets.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and working in a data-driven environment.
