What you will do

  • Manage full 360 recruitment cycles from briefing and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines using job boards, social media, and AI tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the UK and US to advise on role scoping and market positioning.
  • Optimize and iterate on recruitment processes to ensure scalability and consistency.
  • Support employer branding initiatives via social media and career page improvements.
  • Handle new employee administration, including contracts and onboarding support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full 360 recruitment, specifically within the tech sector.
  • Ability to hire for both technical and commercial roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) and AI tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Claude.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset to report on recruitment performance and use data for decisions.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in London.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing stakeholders across both UK and US markets.
  • Knowledge of employment law and hiring practices in the UK and US.
