What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role specifications and provide market insights.
• Develop and execute recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and manage the delivery of strong candidate slates.
• Maintain high levels of candidate engagement through proactive and timely communication.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details based on compensation guidelines and market data.
• Mentor junior recruiters and team members to ensure service excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Significant experience in corporate, RPO, or agency recruiting.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• Ability to work onsite in London, Dublin, or Warsaw.
