What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across diverse functions and levels.
• Advise hiring managers and HRBPs on role requirements, market conditions, and hiring best practices.
• Apply DE&I principles throughout sourcing, job design, and candidate evaluation.
• Maintain process accuracy and data integrity within ATS and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute efficient recruitment campaigns.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain or London, UK.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently, ideally in Tech, Product, or Data disciplines.
• Strong proficiency in ATS/CRM systems like Workday and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• English: C1 proficiency required for clear communication with stakeholders and candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to influence hiring outcomes and build trust with stakeholders.
